The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has frozen the financial services license of Cartesian Corporate Finance Limited until 25 August 2023 as the company has ceased to carry out financial services business. ASIC stressed that if by the end of the suspension period the company has not resumed operations, its license will be revoked.
