FxPro – Is it scam or safe?

The company is licensed in several countries and is regulated by the relevant financial supervision commissions. Licenses allow it to offer financial services, including forex.

However, there are some publications in forex forums that inform about poor practices related to spread-widening, negative slippage, customer support (response times), withdrawal delays and writing fake positive reviews.

So far, we haven’t received any complaints from clients of FxPro.

  1. I’ve had an account with FxPro since October last year. I used an expert advisor to trade for me and I tested it in some other brokers to set up the right balance. In March 2017, I suffered a huge loss in my FxPRo account amounted of more than USD2k. I contacted them immediately but they ignored the case because I used a robot for my deals. Till that moment I trusted this broker. Nevertheless, I started tweaking my robot to save a log before it closes the position for better understanding what was happening. I was still working on the EA while it happened again in April. Because I started limiting my trades during the test period my loss was significantly less. It happened once again in April and then I had my own log to analyze. It turned out that FxPro gave wrong information about net/gross profit values. I described my case but it was rejected again because they didn’t have any similar reports. Then by mistake they sent me their internal communication….OMG! they donot have any respect to customers. Beware of FxPro and don’t trust them at all. Now it is CySEC’s turn!

  2. I have been trading wth FXPRO for a couple of years and now I am sure they are thieves. Scam is their real name. I have made some research and now I know what exactly they do to steal people’s money. Do not believe them! Do not believe all these fake comments, they come from inside FXPro. FXPRO is a big scammer with a big wallet. They appoint people to work especially for scamming. Just think of this – if you’re a common trader, you won’t care what other say about your broker, right? Then, who will write all positive reviews huh? The choice is yours.

  3. I am sure they do their fraudulent operations and they have a huge net of scamming agents. They spent the main part of their budget on preparing their scams. Yes, there are no problems when you deposit money. The problems start when you try to withdraw. They are not a real broker. They are closing side to each trade. They do not pass a single deal outside. They want your money. That is why they trade always against you. Find another broker!

  4. FxPro is a scam broker! When you see someone defends this broker, it is true he works for that broker. Normal traders won’t waste their time to write positive reviews. And what could they win if they write a positive review? Nothing. It’s clear all these reviews are written by FxPro staff. I have been comparing FxPro and two other brokers opening similar trades with all of them. The result was only with FxPro I lose money all the time. I received a lot of requotes, I as kicked off from the platform and No Connection window appears while I tried to close a winning deal. I have seen some huge spreads here – severl thousand pips. At last I stopped trading with them when they did some of their tricks while I tried to withdraw my money. The more profit I made the bigger the problems I had. My last request has never been processed. They kept telling me they had probems with their card operator. Then why they didn’t send any mails to notify about these problems? And about any changes they made? Because they are scammers, that’s why! Stay away!

  5. Stay away! Lack of customer support. All tries to contact them were ignored. No response, they don’t care! Although there is a well written procedure for complaints, FxPro doesn’t follow it. Each complaint is supposed to have some answer no matter what. The only thing tey wrote me was: Sorry, we cannot give you the answer right now… Scammers!

  6. Guys, just see what FPA site says: “WARNING: The FPA has seen evidence indicating that non-clients are being paid to leave fake positive reviews for FxPro.” There is nothing else to say!

  7. The thing I appreciate the most in fxpro is their perfect ctrader platform. You will never encounter with the requotes here. Order execution is quite fast. And the user interface is very user-friendly and informative.

    • I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks my broker. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. Up till now, I’m still unable to make withdrawals and all attempt to contact broker has failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was. I’m saying this because I was able to recover my funds.   74. Not a complain really but a concern, Each time I withdraw from FX pro then everything changes. My trades go against me, everything just turns to losses. Ive lrearned to withdraw everything each time I make a withdrawal.

    I still deeply think they do take takes against us so we lose everything !
