The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has suspended Lantern RE Ltd‘s license to provide financial services in Australia until 29 May 2024. The license was terminated because the company failed to submit its financial statements and audit reports for the fiscal years 2019-2022. At the end of the license revocation period, the regulator may take further action if the financial company fails to correct these violations.
