Italy’s Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) has ordered the blocking of eight unauthorized websites offering investment services without proper authorisation. The targeted sites are:

This brings the total number of websites blocked from July 2019 to 1,570. CONSOB also warns of increasingly sophisticated online scams involving cloned sites, fake celebrity/politician profiles, AI-generated content (images, voices, videos), and phishing emails aimed at stealing money and personal data.
