Italy’s Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) continues its fight against unauthorized and potentially fraudulent investment websites. The Commission has blocked access from the territory of Italy to another 4 illegal investment websites. They include: fpeurope.com of FP Europe, primusforex.net of PrimusForex, protechfx.com of ProtechFx, and trezocapital.net of Trezocapital.CONSOB has the right to order Internet service providers (ISPs) to deny access from Italy to websites offering financial services without proper authorization. Thus, the number of websites blocked by CONSOB since July 2019 has expanded to 923. Most of these websites offer CFD trading on currency pairs and cryptocurrencies.
