The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that it has reached an agreement with the investment intermediary Credit Financier Invest Limited. The agreement is to settle possible violations of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law, which were revealed during an inspection conducted in December 2020. The agreement reached with Credit Financier Invest on possible breaches of its regulatory obligations amounts to EUR 150,000 and the company has already paid this amount.
