The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has imposed a GBP110,000 fine on the claims management company Crosfill & Archer Claims Limited. The fine is for making unsolicited calls (cold calling) to people who have registered not to receive this type of sales call, as well as for companies for which Crosfill & Archer Claims cannot prove that they have given their consent to receive calls.
