Deutsche Bank Fined for Violating ICE Futures Rules

ICE Futures U.S. announced that Deutsche Bank AG had agreed to pay a penalty of USD7,500 for settling charges related to alleged breaches of some of their exchange rules. In August 2021 the Exchange’s Business Conduct Committee found that, on 28 February 2020, Deutsche Bank AG may have violated a rule by conducting the opposite block trading against two accounts shared by the same beneficiary.
