ITRADER is the brand name of the Cypriot financial company Hoch Capital Ltd. that is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). The CySEC license allows it to offer financial services, including forex.
However, there are some posts that inform about continuing ‘cold calling’, despite the explicit clients’ refusal to hold a conversation.
So far, we haven’t received any complaints from clients of ITRADER.COM.

I am totally disappointed with ITRADER. They told me that I trade leveraged products but I didn’t receive a single margin call when it had to. I called them and asked why and they answered me it’s up to me only to maintain my position. And if the account is running out of money I had to invest more. They forced me to deposit USD250. Then they continue to call me and didn’t listen to what I was telling them. The only thing was to invest more funds. I was stupid and believed them but now I feel scammed. This broker is dishonest. I will never deposit there. I recommend everyone to stay away from companies like this whose only goal is to steal your money!
They convinced me to put some money in an account with ITRADER but now I am worried because I am a beginner and don’t know much of trading. My assistant is not reliable, he doesn’t keep our agreements, and does nothing for me except to pull out some money from my bank account. I am still waiting for any reply from itrader. Not recommended.
I have nothing positive to say about this broker. initially someone called itself the account manager insisted to deposit more money into my account. He called me may times and promised me to help me with trading. However, this didn’t happen and I started trading by myself. I managed to make some profit and then I wanted to withdraw it. Almost a month later, I still haven’t got my money back. They don’t reply me and now I think they are scam. Better do not deal with them!
First, I want to say I do not anything about trading. Someone from itrader called me and tried to convince me to invest my money in their company. I told him several times I am not interested and I don’t know anything about this matter. However, the calls continued and they forced me to deposit 250 pounds and promised me someone to call me and teach me how to invest. I received a call the next day and the person promised me if I invested now, I would take out my money till the end of the week and then I would trade with my profit only. He made me to give my credit card number and withdrew 11,000 pounds from it. Then I told him I didn’t agree such a big amount to be risked but he argued my money was not at risk. I had to download meta trader 4 and then he logged in my account and started trading. Some of trades were on plus but some were negative and I lost some money. Please, be informed they aren’t an honest broker, they are fraud and stay away from them!
I confirm for you that this is a scam broker. I deposited 500 euro in ITRADER through the option deposit Direct Banking. Their page redirected me to my bank account and I filled all required fields. My deposit appeared in my account balance and I already was sent all my documents to their support, my ID, proof of address, proof of deposit and some other. They were accepted all the documents and now they want some proof of skrill deposit, which I never used. I made my deposit by Direct Banking. I wrote them several emails but didn’t receives a single answer. They are scammers, stay away!
Just want to share everything is ok when you send them your money. When you want to withdraw some money, they start delaying and keep holding your money. This is not acceptable and is some type of fraud I think!
I suggest it’s better not to deal with ITRADER. They call me constantly and pressure me to invest more money. It doesn’t matter what should I invest in. Even though I didn’t understand what are they talking about they continue to spam me. I announced I am not interested any more but that doesn’t matter too. This company is probably a scam. They don’t listen to what you tell them. I tried to block the number but they have more of them. Better stay away!
To whom it may concern This is my experience with the fake binary options broker, I traded with 365-fx binary options. I wanted to earn some money to pay for some bills so I invested $56,000, these brokers said I will be able to withdraw about $85,270 to $98,000. The brokers calls me everyday to deposit to invest and make good profits, I told them all my funds are in the trading account and I can’t deposit more money anymore.
