The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that it has fined BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) Limited EUR 10,000 for non-compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation. According to the regulatory body, the company, which operates via the bcscyprus.com website, has not established effective mechanisms and systems for detecting suspicious transactions leading to doubts of insider dealing.
