Capital Index – Is it scam or safe?
The company is licensed in several countries and is regulated by the relevant financial supervision commissions. Licenses allow it to conduct financial services, including forex.
However, there are some posts in forex forums that inform about bad practices related to poor customer support. Moreover, there are recommendations not to deal with this company.
So far, we haven’t received any complaints from clients of CapitalIndex.com.

I deposited with capital index almost 4000 pounds. What was my astonishment when I saw may balance in MT4….it was 0. I am trying to get the money back but I don’t get any support from them. And I need this money urgently…. Better stay away
Their spreads are awful. Why do thy announce ‘competitive spreads’ when the majors have spreads above 3 pips? Especially these ones with eur or pound. I think spreads are among the highest in this industry. Excluding this all other is OK but I cannot recommend this broker because of the extremely wide spreads!
I was at their seminar and the presentation was led by Greg Secker. This guy owns the Capital Index and I made a mistake when I deposited there. Now I hope I didn’t waste GBP2400 and I would try to get it back. I searched in Google and … OMG what I found about him. Some serious organizations like BBC and the Guardian newspaper advise people to stay away. Perhaps they are not just a scam but their promises are not real. Moreover, you must pay a monthly fee for their software. I shouldn’t have done this but as if I was blinded by greed.
Open your eyes and see this is a cloning of Greg Secker’s scam companies He is a professional of deceiving people in forex. Capital index is the broker with the highest fees and spreads I’ve ever known. I lost my money there but I won some experience – not to believe in such scammers. They use cheating practices that are known on the forex market. Slippage, booking, requoting, rejecting! These are just a small part of all the dirty tricks! Better stay away!
The worst customer service I dealt with! Moreover, they have extremely large swap numbers on open positions. I also red that this company is running by Greg Secker so do NOT involve with this person and fiend another decent broker!
Capital Index is just a branch of the scam empire of Greg Secker. They are leeches and their only goal is to suck all the money from you. And yes, they will present you everything in the most beautiful sceneries, but all their promises are fake. NOT recommend at all.
